  • What is Costa's return policy?

    The CostaDelMar.com return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any pair of Costa Sunglasses or Costa Gear in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition.

    Enjoy free returns within the contiguous United States, and for your convenience you will find a pre-paid UPS Return Authorization label enclosed with your order. Free return offer excludes orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, all International, and USPS orders. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs, when exclusions apply.

    Follow these easy steps to submit a return:
     - Complete the return form(s) enclosed with your order.
     - If a pre-paid UPS return label is not already enclosed, ship to: RETURNS Costa Sunglasses 2361 Mason Ave. Suite 140 Daytona Beach, FL 32117.
     - We'll send you an email confirmation once we receive and assess your return.
     - We'll send you a second email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
     - Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for your credit to be processed.
     - We do not exchange items, but you may reorder through CostaDelMar.com at any time.

  • Why am I being charged sales tax on my order?

    Because it's the law. At least in Florida, Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, North Carolina, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Michigan, Colorado, and Washington.

    • Offer not valid on previous purchases or repair orders.
    • Faster delivery methods available for additional fees.
    • Free returns for all UPS orders (excludes USPS orders)

    SHIPPING POLICY:

    CostaDelMar.com orders can be shipped within the United States and to numerous International Countries. Currently we offer five shipping options: USPS First Class Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Three Day Select, UPS Second Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Upon checkout estimated shipping times will be calculated, and you will have the ability to select your preferred shipping method. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it ships. We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders. For shipments to Post Office Boxes and APO addresses, please choose USPS. For shipments to International addresses, please be aware that you are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, and other related charges customs may charge. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    When ordering online, please allow up to two business days for your order to process before it ships. If you need your Costas faster you can speed up your order using a number of shipping options, such as UPS Next Day Air.     One size doesn't always fit all. That's why we have over 60 different frame styles. Every frame style is labeled as either small, medium, large or extra large "Frame Width".   • What are the accepted methods of payment?

    We've traded Costas for bait in Panama, beer in Mexico and a boat ride home in Belize. But we also accept all major credit and debit cards.

  • Can I use a debit card to purchase orders online?

    We accept all major debit cards. You may see a pre-authorization hold of $1.00 on your account until charges have been approved and processed. Check with your bank on their individual debit card policies.

  • Can I exchange my Costas for a different model?

    Sorry, Costa does not offer exchanges on Web orders – only returns for a refund. So if you want to exchange your Costas for a different model you'll have to work directly with the retailer where you bought them.

    If you are repairing or replacing a pair of Costas under warranty, we can only replace them with the model you are returning. The one exception is if your model has been discontinued and we no longer carry the necessary replacement parts, in which case we'll get you hooked up with a new pair that we're sure you'll love just as much.

  • Can I buy replacement parts for my Costas?

  • Does Costa offer prescription sunglasses?

    You can't catch what you can't see. And while clear vision is important for everyone, it's critical for fisherman to spot that once-in-a-lifetime fish. Lucky for you, the clearest sunglasses on the planet are also available with a prescription.   • Can I order Costa Prescription Sunglasses directly through Costa or do I have to go through my eye doctor?

    Since prescription sunglasses are a medical device, they must be dispensed be a licensed Eye Care Professional. Please locate an authorized Costa Rx dealer in your area through our dealer locator.

    COSTA 580p Prescription Sunglasses are made with a lightweight, impact-resistant Trivex plastic lens material which integrates backside anti-reflective coatings with our proprietary C-WALL technology for smudge-free scratch-resistance. COSTA 580P single vision and progressive prescriptions are precisely processed with our Waypoint digital technology. Costa 580P prescription lens colors are available in: Gray, Copper, Sunrise, Blue Mirror (on a gray base), Green Mirror (on a copper base) and Silver Mirror (on a copper base).

    COSTA 580G Prescription Sunglasses offer the highest clarity you can get in glass and is available for single vision prescriptions. COSTA 580G prescription lens colors are available in: Gray, Copper, Blue Mirror (on a gray base), Green Mirror (on a copper base), and Silver Mirror (on a copper base).

    COSTA 400P Prescription Sunglasses are made with CR-39 plastic, impact-and scratch-resistant lenses that are virtually as clear as glass. COSTA 400P single vision, bifocal and progressive prescriptions are precisely processed with our Waypoint digital technology. COSTA 400P prescription lens colors are available in: Gray and Amber.

  • How do I know which Costa frame styles are available in Costa Prescription lenses?

    Costa Prescription Sunglasses are available only in full-frame styles at this time. Currently we do not process Costa Prescription Sunglasses in semi-rimless frame styles, rimless styles or shield frame styles.
