Additional Information

SOUTH POINT is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 135.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lenses fall out! I have had too pairs of the South Point and they are comfortable, stylish, and great sunglasses, until a lens falls out. The first pair I had fell to the ground from about 3 feet and the lens popped out, I was able to put the lens back in and after this happened any time they fell the lenses started to scratch, then one day the lens fell out without warning while driving. Costa replaced the sunglasses for $25.00 through my optometrist, and less than five months with the new set the lens falls out AGAIN while they were on my face and I was driving, no warning. Looked at the frame and the small screw that holds them together is undone. Very poor quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They run very small Keep in mind that I'm a 6'5" 250lb dude. I have no idea why Costa lists these as "large fit," they're not large at all; they're medium sized at best. The temples pinch my head hardcore, so I'm gonna have to get them adjusted. Aside from that, they look odd when I'm wearing them, just too small for my face. These might have fit 15 year old me, but they're not even close to fitting 30 year old me. I kinda wonder if I was sent the kids or teen version of these sunglasses. Sizing problems aside, the lenses on these sunglasses are the best I've ever experienced. Everything is super crisp and colors are very vibrant, glare reduction is crazy good.

Hello, where can I find the South point sunglasses large size (63mm lenses?)

Asked by: Renato
Hi! The South Points are available on our website. You can also refer to our dealer locator that will help locate all Costa retailers near you. Stores labeled "premium outfitter"have the widest selection of Costas. We advise calling the store before hand to make sure they have the South Points in stocks.

Glass vs. Plastic. Which is recommended? I've had the glass before, but wonder if the plastic is more versatile with being active in outdoor activities and with children that might get their hands on them. Please advise.

Asked by: srmosley
Hi! Check out our lens technology page for the most information on both glass and poly lenses. https://www.costadelmar.com/us/en/performance-technology/580-lenses.html

Do you have copper mirrored lens available?

Asked by: Koko88
Hi! Yes, the copper silver mirror lens is available in the South Point frame. When on the South Point product detail page, simply click "View All Options" in the bottom left corner. From there, you should be able to choose which frame and lens color of your choice.
