Green shipping option is fulfilled by logistics providers using sustainable solutions to reduce climate impact. Delivery may take up to 7 business days.
The providers calculate carbon emissions from pickup to delivery; the carbon emissions are then offset through climate protection projects including reforestation, renewable energy, waste disposal, wind power and others, supported by the logistics providers.
The carbon neutral service is verified by a certified auditing company (i.e. Société Générale de Surveillance)

Free Standard Shipping within the United States and Canada
Minimum online purchase of $200.00 or more before tax and shipping. - Offer not valid on previous purchases or repair order purchases.
- Free return shipping for all qualifying orders.
- Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
SHIPPING POLICY:
CostaDelMar.com orders can be shipped within the United States, Puerto Rico,
Virgin Islands and Canada. You will have the ability to select your
preferred shipping method. Orders placed by 12pm EST on business days will
usually ship the same day, but please allow 2 business days for your order
to process before it ships and 3-10 business days for delivery (depending on
the selected shipping method).
We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that
shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major holidays or unforeseen
circumstances. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders. Shipments
to mailboxes and/or military bases are not possible. Orders to these
addresses will be automatically cancelled.
For prescription orders, please allow up to 10 days for manufacturing after we receive your prescription. Our dedicated team will review your prescription and send it to our lab. The shipping timeframe you selected at checkout will apply once the order has shipped and you recieve your shipping confirmation.
RETURN POLICY:
The CostaDelMar.com return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return a pair of qualifying Costa Sunglasses or Costa Gear in its original condition with original packaging in new and sellable condition. (Sellable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.) Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. At this time, we do not allow exchanges, however you can return and re-purchase the item.

Free return offer excludes orders to Alaska and Hawaii and US Territories. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs, when exclusions apply.
Follow these steps to submit a return:
Note: Once the item is dropped off at the UPS Location, the return can take up to 15 business days to complete.
- Visit www.luxotticacustomercare.com/costa/returns and complete our online return request form.
- Print out the pre-paid return label that you will receive through email within 1 business day of your request and attach it to the box.
- Take your package to your nearest UPS location.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed and a refund has been processed.
- Once the return is completed, please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to show on your account.
