Return

In order to return an item please print out the return label provided and ship the item back to us. You'll receive an e-mail once we've received your parcel. In case there is an issue with your return we'll contact you.

Refund

Please note: after verifying your return we will refund the amount paid by you using your original payment method for any returned items.
The refund will appear as a credit on your billing statement according to your card provider.
