Costa's Limited Warranties
If your Costa eyewear has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will fix or replace them to get you back on the water as soon as we can. For warranty claims received by Costa on or before 04/01/2020, a processing fee (which covers return shipping and handling), plus applicable tax, is charged for each warranty claim processed. Warranty claims submitted after 04/01/2020 are not subject to a processing fee.
Costa's warranty processing fee is $11.95 per pair (which includes return shipping/handling), plus applicable sales tax, for shipments made within the United States and to Puerto Rico.
A different warranty processing fee, plus applicable sales tax, will apply for shipments made outside of the United States and Puerto Rico, depending on your location. Check with Costa at 1-855-MYCOSTA for warranty processing fees outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.

Costa's Sunglass* Limited Lifetime Warranty
We warrant Costa sunglasses* against defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
Costa will repair or replace (with an identical or reasonably equivalent style), at our option, any product determined by Costa to have a manufacturer's defect. You are responsible for cost of shipment to Costa. Costa's Prescription (Rx) Sunglass Limited Warranty
We warrant Costa Prescription (Rx) sunglass lenses and frames against defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Costa will repair or replace (with an identical or reasonably equivalent style), at our option, any prescription sunglass lenses and frames determined by Costa to have a manufacturer's defect.
We warrant Costa Prescription (Rx) sunglass lenses against scratches for one year from the date of purchase. Costa will replace scratched lenses one time and in the identical form (material, color, coatings and prescription) as originally purchased.
Costa Rx sunglass lenses and frames must be returned to your Eye Care Practitioner for limited warranty service.
Proof of purchase is required. You are responsible for any cost of shipment to your Eye Care Practitioner. For additional limited warranty information, please refer to the Customer Care section of our website at www.costadelmar.com/warranty or call 1-855-COSTARX.

Costa Optical's Eyeglass Frame Limited Two-Year Warranty
We warrant Costa Optical eyeglass frames against defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Costa Optical eyeglass frames must be returned to your Eye Care Practitioner for limited warranty service.
Costa Optical will replace (with an identical or reasonably equivalent style), at our option, any eyeglass frame determined by Costa Optical to have a manufacturer's defect. Proof of purchase is required. You are responsible for any cost of shipment to your Eye Care Practitioner. Costa Optical's Eyeglass Frame Limited Two-Year Warranty does not cover lenses supplied by your Eye Care Practitioner, normal wear and tear, broken hinges, accidental damage, misuse or any other problems determined by Costa not to be defects in materials or workmanship ("Out of Warranty Damage"). Costa does not offer a repair program for Out of Warranty Damage for optical eyeglass frames or for lenses supplied by your Eye Care Practitioner.
