SERVICE: COSTA'S LIMITED WARRANTIES

Costa’s Limited Two-Year Warranty

We warrant Costa sunglasses against defects in materials or workmanship for two years   from the date of purchase.Costa will repair or replace (with an identical or reasonably equivalent style), at our option, any product determined by Costa to have a manufacturer’s defect. Proof of purchase is required. For additional limited warranty information, please refer to the Customer Care section of our website at www.costadelmar.com. Costa’s Limited Two-Year Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, broken hinges, accidental damage, misuse or any other problems determined by Costa not to be defects in materials or workmanship (“Out of Warranty Damage”).This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. For Portugal and Spain the warranty period is three years for purchases after the 1st January 2022

REPAIRS

If your product needs a repair, you may submit a service request.  
Upon the receipt of the service request, Costa will assess within the next 5 business days.
Repair service is based on component parts availability and assessment of the product. If it’s not possible to proceed with the repair, we can always offer you a frame replacement (with an identical or reasonably equivalent style) or a coupon to be redeemed on costadelmar.com.
Repair pricing may vary by product. Due to variations in pricing, if your product is not covered by one of Costa’s Limited Warranties, you will receive an offer via email including details on the costs to perform a repair service  (component part cost plus €15 processing fee which include shipping and handling  ) or to provide the frame replacement (30% off current retail price). You will not be required to ship your sunglasses prior to receiving the offer.

Please note repairs and replacement parts services are available only in Austria Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherland, Portugal & Spain.
