We want to make sure you get the perfect pair of Costa Sunglasses, which is why we offer Free Standard Shipping and Free Returns on qualifying Costa Del Mar orders. Here are the details

At Costa Del Mar, we provide complimentary delivery on all standard orders within Australia.

Delivery schedule

Standard products: 5 business days.
Prescription products: 10-12 business days after we receive your prescription

We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.


The Costa Del Mar Change of Mind return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return a pair of qualifying Costa Sunglasses or Costa Gear in its original condition with original packaging in 'as new' and undamaged condition with the original packaging. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items.

Returning online purchases by mail is super easy and always free. Here's what to do:

  1. On the ā€œTrack Orderā€ page enter your order number and the email address used when placing your order.
  2. Follow the guided procedure and print the Return Label.
  3. Pack item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories and manuals received with the product - make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
  4. Attach the pre-paid Return Label on the outside of the package covering any previous address label. Alternatively, bring a digital copy of your pre-paid Return Label to your nearest Post Office, who will be able to scan and print your label for you.
  5. Drop your package at any Australia Post store or box.
  6. Track your return for AU at It usually takes 10 to 15 business days to process your return once it's received at our distribution centre. Remember, your package needs to be postmarked on or before 30 days after your purchase for a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method. Please take note of your tracking number, as your return request will only be processed when the item is received at our distribution centre.
