OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sweepstakes Timing: The Costa Email Opt-In Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins 12:00 a.m. ET on August 1, 2026 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period will consist of five (5) separate entry periods (each, an "Entry Period"), each corresponding to a calendar month, that will start at 12:00 a.m. ET on the first day of each month during the Sweepstakes Period and will end at 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of that same month, as follows: August 1–31, 2026; September 1–30, 2026; October 1–31, 2026; November 1–30, 2026; and December 1–31, 2026. 

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in the United States or Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Luxottica of America Inc. (the “Sponsor”), located at 4000 Luxottica Place, Mason, Ohio 45040.  Employees of the Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, representatives, and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not, defined as those who share the same residence for at least three months a year), are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. 

 3. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in the Sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Internet access required. During the Sweepstakes Period, you may access the Sweepstakes on http://www.costadelmar.com (the "Website"). From the Website, select to opt-in to receive emails from Costa and complete the on-screen registration form to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Only individuals who newly opt-in to receive Costa marketing emails (i.e., are not already subscribed to receive such emails) during a given Entry Period (i.e., during that calendar month) are eligible for that Entry Period's Prize drawing. For example, an entrant who opts in between August 1 and August 31, 2026 is eligible only for the August Entry Period drawing. Entries are not carried forward to any subsequent Entry Period, and any subsequent entry by the same entrant (including an entrant who remains subscribed to receive Costa marketing emails) in a subsequent Entry Period is not eligible for such subsequent Entry Period's Prize drawing. Your entry must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the applicable calendar month to be eligible for that Entry Period's Prize. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 to be eligible for the final Entry Period's Prize. Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period. An entrant who has previously entered the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible for any additional Entry Period's Prize drawing, including if such entrant unsubscribes from Costa marketing emails and subsequently re-subscribes.  If you choose to unsubscribe from receiving Costa marketing emails before the drawing for Entry Period that you entered, you will no longer receive emails from the Sponsor and will no longer be eligible for that Entry Period's Prize. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Normal phone/Internet access and data/usage charges imposed by your phone/online service may apply. 

4. Random Drawings: One winner will be selected for each Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period from among all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. Odds of winning a Monthly Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period. Random drawings will be conducted on or about the first business day following the conclusion of each Entry Period of the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Limit one prize per person/household. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with their prize not specified herein as being awarded. 

5. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email and have their prize coupon code vouchers provided in that email notification. Prize will be sent to the email address provided at the time of entry (the “Notification”). Return of any prize/prize Notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate selection [up to a maximum of two (2) alternates for each Monthly Prize]. Winners must redeem their prize by the date indicated by Sponsor, or the prize is forfeited. 

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Monthly Prizes (5 - one awarded per Entry Period): A Sponsor-specified online voucher providing a coupon code for a discount in the amount of 100% OFF (Up to $300 USD) the purchase of one (1) pair of Costa sunglasses, redeemable only on costadelmar.com (the "Prize") (any shipping costs are not covered by voucher). The Prize is limited to a single Costa sunglasses item in the shopping cart at checkout; the Prize may not be combined with other items, applied to multiple items, or applied to any product other than a pair of Costa sunglasses. Any portion of the Prize value not used toward the qualifying purchase will be forfeited, and any amount owed above the Prize value is the sole responsibility of the winner. The maximum ARV of each Monthly Prize is $300. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for any prizes will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to unavailability for any reason and, in such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor's obligation to the winners will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided.  

7. General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entries become the property of the Sponsor. The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in connection with Website or the Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with Website or Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the account used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the account associated with the entry. If any dispute regarding the identity of an entrant or potential winner cannot be resolved to the Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Proof of entering information via Website or any other manner does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information. Sponsor is not responsible for the failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or congestion on the internet or at any website. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or Website may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes or Website, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel the Sweepstakes and select each Entry Period's Prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period prior to cancellation. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees that Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns, members, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss, cost or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property, damages sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry creation, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or parts thereof, if applicable, prize voucher redemption, or participation in the Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes or related activity. By entering the Sweepstakes, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents. 

8. Indemnity; Publicity: Sponsor accepts no liability for entrants’ failure to receive or respond to Notification, inaccurate contact information, the prize being lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during delivery, or any third-party acts.   

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING AGENCIES, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, PRIZE VOUCHER REDEMPTION, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY.  THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM.  BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES, TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITE. 

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE CONSTITUTES WINNER’S GRANT TO SPONSOR (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR), AND THE RELEASED PARTIES THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLD WIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, THE WINNER’S ENTRY, NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, OPINION AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HOMETOWN AND STATE) FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER’S NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION. 

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.   

9. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that:  (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio or the appropriate State Court located in Ohio; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) to the extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Ohio or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Ohio. 

10. Privacy Policy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https: https://www.costadelmar.com/en-us/c/privacy-policy  

11. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS: In the event one or more of the provisions of the Official Sweepstakes Rules are held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
