Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great But... I have one and half years with mine, can complain they are great and most of all the glasses still like the first day , scratch free which is why i first bought this on the first place. But as for the supposed injected rubber , it is not , it started to fall off from the frame i had to crazy glue it to the frame back again , other thing that bothers me a lot is that they tend to fog as soon as i warm up not even sweat, even with the holes on the side of the frames, if there is no wind you will get fogged glasses , i learn to manage this using liquid soap letting it dry and then polishing with a cloth , it keeps the fog away... Thats my review , they are great looking and the colors of things looks great , everyone that tries them love them , so i would totally recommend this ones...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from awesome fail ! I have had three different pair of the similar frame in all three have the same repetitive problem. The plastic cushion under the frame and earpieces will eventually fall off of the frame. You were then left with saggy plastic or you glue it or you send them in for several weeks to be repaired. This time the replacement offerings for frames aren't as cool as the ones I originally chose. I love my costas, I just don't like having to put up with the plastic on the frame and it not staying on there. Here is another summer vacation without my script shades. You guys are to good to not resolve the prob. Love them, yet disappointed too.

Why don't you have more styles available with readers? Currently you only have one xl frame in the cview line.... i love the permit glasses but need readers.....:(

Asked by: Jimbonash
Hi! While we only have select styles in the readers, mostly all Costa frames are Rx-able. These can be ordered through an authorized eye care professional.

Are the permit sunglasses z85 safety rated? Looking for some comfortable safety eye wear that actually has some quality to them.

Asked by: tankduke
no. Glass lenses cannot be z85 rated. The vents on the frame do NOT allow for a z85 rating either. These are not z85 rated. No Costa frame or lens is period. Look elsewhere if you need z85 rated sunglasses or safety glasses.
