Costa’s Limited Edition and Special Collection Limited Two-Year Warranty

We warrant Costa Limited Edition and Special Collection sunglasses against defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Costa will repair or replace (with an identical or reasonably equivalent style), at our option, any product determined by Costa to have a manufacturer’s defect. Proof of purchase is required. You are responsible for cost of shipment to Costa. A processing fee of $11.95, which covers return shipping, will be charged for each warranty claim processed. Costa’s Limited Edition and Special Collection Product Limited Two-Year Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, broken hinges, accidental damage, misuse or any other problems determined by Costa not to be defects in materials or workmanship (“Non-Covered Damage”). This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
