Costa's Limited Warranties
If your Costa eyewear has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will fix or replace them to get you back on the water as soon as we can. A processing fee, which covers return shipping and handling, is charged for each warranty claim.

To start the limited warranty claim process with Costa, click on the link below and complete the warranty claim form. You are responsible for the cost of shipment to us.
If we determine that the damage to your Costa eyewear is not a defect in materials or workmanship, you may still take advantage of our Repair Program.
