Additional Information

HALYARD WIRE RETAINER is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally! By far the best retainer Costa has to offer. I've owned many. With a little effort and some hand sanitizer these slip over the largest of stems. Once on they grip like no other. Hand sanitizer is the best lube for this purpose as it totally evaporates after application leaving nothing behind. These are a tremendous improvement over the C-line's and C-mono's, which have a weak point that always tears. Just read the reviews. The Costa Keepers and Neoprene's fade too quickly and constantly slip off. The rubber grippers on these are much better designed and much more robust. I have these on a pair of Corbinas and a pair of Zaines. Well done Costa.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I have 2 of these, 1 for each pair of Costas that I own. They are great at keeping the sunglasses from falling of my head and hitting the ground. I prefer the wire retainer instead of the C-Line version. No reason, just personal preference. I have owned several of the Cablz wire retainers and they all broke over time. This one hasn't broken yet and I've had them on my sunglasses for over a year. They seem like better quality than the Cablz.

I have just purchased a pair of the white tip frames and it seems that the straps I have found so far do not fit since the arms are a little wider....suggestions???????

Asked by: casey73
Hi! The Neoprene keepers fit all frames but we suggest that larger arms be wet first. Keeper fits a small temple arm. Grippers hook through the arms but they must have holes for these. Costa Strap fits the skinniest temple arms.
